POSITION TITLE: Retail Store Officer

WORK LOCATION: BF Homes, Parañaque City

WORK SETUP: Full-Time, Onsite

SALARY: PHP 18K–19K + Performance-Based Incentives

JOB SUMMARY:

The Store Officer-in-Charge (OIC) oversees the daily operations of the store, ensuring excellent customer service, smooth sales performance, and efficient inventory management. This role supervises store staff, manages operational requirements, and acts as the Store Manager when needed to maintain productivity, profitability, and customer satisfaction.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Supervise, coach, and train store staff to ensure productivity and adherence to company standards.
• Oversee daily store operations including sales, cashiering, and end-of-day reports.
• Monitor inventory levels, coordinate replenishment, and maintain organized product displays.
• Ensure store cleanliness, orderliness, and compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Manage sales performance, implement promotional activities, and support overall business goals.
• Coordinate with the head office regarding store needs, reports, and operational updates.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field (preferred).
• At least 1–2 years of experience in a retail or supervisory role, preferably in consumer electronics.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel) and familiar with POS systems.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Customer-focused, trustworthy, and proactive with a positive work attitude.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision and flexible with work hours, including weekends or holidays when required.
• Willing to work onsite in BF Homes, Parañaque.
