What You’ll Do

Product Development & Brand Building

• Lead product concepts, positioning, and value propositions.
• Prepare product briefs for R&D, packaging, and creatives.
• Coordinate formulations, shade/fragrance development, testing, and packaging specs.

Launch Support

• Help plan timelines, prepare launch decks, trade presentations, and marketing materials.
• Ensure inventory readiness and product availability before launch.

Market & Business Insights

• Track sales performance, margins, and inventory.
• Analyze trends, competitors, and consumer insights to guide product decisions.

Cross-Functional Coordination

• Work closely with R&D, Production, Sales, and Supply Chain.
• Ensure alignment on product improvements, changes, and timelines.

Who We’re Looking For

• Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
• At least 3 years of experience in product development or brand management (FMCG or beauty industry experience is a strong advantage)
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Creative thinker with solid attention to detail
• Excellent communication and project coordination skills
• Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Passionate about beauty, personal care, and innovation
