This role will be responsible for monitoring the move, coordinating with vendors and contractors, and ensuring a smooth transition to the new location.

  • Oversee the relocation process, ensuring tasks stay on schedule.
  • Coordinate the acquisition, delivery, and setup of office furniture, fixtures, and equipment.
  • Ensure proper installation of all facilities at the new location.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for contractors and vendors, negotiating terms and tracking progress.
  • Obtain necessary permits and clearances from BFP, LGU, and other regulatory agencies.
  • Coordinate inspections and ensure compliance with local regulations.
  • Maintain records of permits, approvals, contracts, invoices, and project documentation.
  • Develop and monitor the project timeline, addressing potential delays proactively.
  • Provide regular updates to stakeholders on progress and key milestones.


Syarat-syarat

  • Open to a vocational to Bachelor's graduate.
  • Experience in facilities coordination, office relocation, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance processes related to office relocation.
  • Strong negotiation, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
  • Open to a temporary contract (6 months), focused on delivering results within the project timeline.
