We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Personnel (Multi-Skilled) to join our team in Quezon City Metro Manila. This full-time position is responsible for providing comprehensive maintenance and upkeep services to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our facilities.

• Perform a variety of maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general building repairs
• Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance of building systems, equipment, and facilities
• Respond promptly to service requests and address issues in a timely manner
• Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities and provide reports as required
• Collaborate with the facilities management team to identify and implement improvements
• Ensure a safe and clean working environment by following established protocols and procedures
• Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned

• Strong technical skills and experience in building maintenance, with the ability to perform a variety of maintenance tasks
• Proficient in the use of hand tools, power tools, and equipment related to building maintenance
• Knowledge of building systems, such as plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general construction
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and diagrams
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
