Conduct regular inspections of the building’s system and structures to identify issue before they become major problem.
Handle minor repair for plumbing, electrical system, HVAC, roofing, and other building systems.
Develop and implement a preventive maintenance schedule schedule for equipment and system.
Ensure that all building systems function efficiently and their expected lifespan.
Oversee cleaning and upkeep of common areas, ensuring that they are safe and welcoming.
Coordinate and communicate with external contractor and service provider for specialized repair and maintenance.
Ensure that the building complies with local, state and federal building codes and safety regulations.

Proven experience in building maintenance or related field.
Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical and general building repair techniques.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues efficiently.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to worth both independently and as part of the team.
Physical stamina to perform tasks that might include lifting, climbing, and using various tools.
