We are seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the general upkeep of our facilities, equipment, and systems to ensure a safe and efficient working environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC systems, as well as a strong commitment to safety and problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine inspections and maintenance of equipment, machinery, and building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc.)
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and structural issues in a timely and efficient manner
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies
• Maintain records of maintenance work completed, including logs and service reports
• Assist in the installation of new equipment and systems
• Ensure all work is completed in accordance with company safety standards and relevant codes
• Collaborate with external contractors and vendors as necessary
• Monitor inventory of supplies and request replacements as needed
• Support facility upgrades and renovation projects

1. Education: High School Graduate
2. Skills: Electrical, Basic Plumber, Basic AC and Basic Carpentry.
3. Experience: 2 years with NC II or DOMRAC II.
4. Willing to travel or relocate
5. Must have basic knowledge in AC Cleaning and Initial Check.
6. Must have basic knowledge in carpentry, and plumber.
7. Must knowledgeable in Electrical Maintenance.
8. Preferably with motorcycle to conveniently visit stores
