- Perform routine inspections and maintenance on building systems.
- Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and other systems.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
Requirements
Skills and Competencies: Proficient in power and hand tools, basic electrical work, and installation tasks.
