• Execute preventive and repair maintenance.

To be a Building/Preventive Maintenance Technician, you must be:

• Graduate of Technical Course or Trade School
• With at least 1 year of experience on Maintenance Job, Building and Equipment.
• Has Welding and Painting skills.
• Knowledgeable in Electrical Works.
• Willing to be assigned in DASMARINAS, CAVITE
