We are looking for a multi-skilled maintenance officer who is versatile and a responsible team member ensuring the smooth operation, safety, cleanliness, and functionality of all the systems and facilities within a shopping mall. This role requires a combination of technical, mechanical, electrical, and general maintenance skills including plumbing and sanitation to address a wide range of routine and emergency tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

•Electrical Maintenance

Inspect, maintain and repair lighting systems, circuit breakers, switches, and wiring. Respond electrical faults and perform safe troubleshooting.

•Plumbing and sanitation

Repairs leaking tap, toilets, and drains. Maintain water supply systems and address clogs or bursts. Ensure restrooms and plumbing-related areas remain functional and hygienic.

•HVAC Systems

Monitor, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning units. Replace filters, check thermostats, and troubleshoot climate control issues.

•General Carpentry and Civil Works

Perform minor carpentry task such as fixing doors and office furniture.

• Preventive Maintenance

Conduct routine inspections and scheduled maintenance of equipment and facilities. Maintains logs and records of inspections, repairs, and replacements.

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent (TESDA certification is plus)

Proven experience (3+ years) in facility or property maintenance roles.

Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, if required.
