The Bldg. Maintenance Technician, performs minor and routine repairs on building components, including walls, flooring, doors, windows, and racking systems.

• Knowledgeable in doing routine and preventive maintenance. Conduct regular inspection of the building, grounds and equipment (if any).
• Handling basic electrical tasks, (replacing light bulbs, switches, and outlets), and HVAC maintenance (changing filters, cleaning coils).
• Assist with keeping the building, grounds, and disposal areas clean, organized, and free of debris and safety hazards. 
• A high school diploma or equivalent is the minimum requirement; vocational training or a technical degree in industrial or building maintenance is a plus.
• Work schedule is from Monday to Saturday , 8:00am to 5:00pm.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring proper function and security of all entry points, including loading dock equipment, levelers, and entry doors, to facilitate smooth and safe loading/unloading operations. 
• Regularly inspecting storage or warehouse area to ensure safety and compliance.
• Maintaining detailed records of all maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs to track costs, monitor trends, and demonstrate compliance during audits.
