I. Facility Maintenance

1. In-charge of maintaining the different equipment, fixtures, and furniture in the office. Conduct routine maintenance and regular check-ups to ensure that everything is working properly at all times. In case of malfunctioning items, facilities technician try to repair these items if they know how or schedule the item for repair
2. Monitor and repair facilities systems and technical devices directly supporting test and building operations
3. Involve in preventive maintenance, troubleshoot, dismantles, repairs and re-assembles complex equipment
4. Assist in planning and scheduling of installation, care and repair of facilities and equipment
5. Perform general building maintenance duties include basic plumbing and electrical repairs
6. Move and/ or lift items such as ladders, tools, cable and test equipment if needed

II. Compliance

1. Documents service and installation actions by completing forms, reports, logs and records
2. Analyze job orders, planning daily schedule, investigate complaints by looking for a root cause, gathering appropriate components and parts, perform testing and commissioning and provide service report for all works
3. Performs corrective and preventive maintenance program which includes but not limited to changes, expansions and additions.
4. Assist in the development of policies and procedures related to maintenance and safety
5. Assist in budget preparation as it relates to safety and maintenance of facilities grounds and equipment
6. Perform other duties that may be assigned from time to time

1. With 2-3 years experience as a maintenance/repair
2. with experience in HVAC, Plumbing, Mechanical, and Electrical
3. Vocational Diploma/Short Course Certificate
4. Preferable residing at Muntinlupa, Cavite, and Makati
5. With own motorcycle for field works
