Provide day-to-day preventive maintenance activities in all hotel premises.
Maintain and do repair work in guest rooms, hallways, function rooms, offices and other area that needs painting, carpentry tiling and minor civil works.
Respond to maintenance requests from tenants, occupants, or management.
Conduct routine inspections of building systems: HVAC, plumbing, electrical, structural components (walls, doors, windows, roofs) etc.
Perform preventative maintenance to avoid breakdowns and prolong equipment life.
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC issues.
Maintain safety systems: fire alarms, sprinklers, emergency lighting, smoke/carbon monoxide detectors
Perform interior and exterior building maintenance: painting, drywall/plaster repairs, floors, ceilings, roofing, windows.
Maintain grounds and external areas including landscaping, outdoor lighting, signage.
Keep records of inspections, repairs, and maintenance activities. Inventory management for tools, spare parts, and supplies.
Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes, safety rules, environmental and health regulations.
Coordinate with external contractors or specialists for more complex repairs or technical work.
