Description

  • Perform regular maintenance and repairs on building systems including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical.
  • Conduct inspections to ensure safety and functionality of facilities.
  • Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner.
  • Maintain inventory of supplies and tools.
  • Collaborate with other staff to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma is required.
  • Experience Level: Less than 1 year of relevant experience preferred.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in residential electrical systems, air conditioning repair, and welding; skilled in using power and hand tools.
  • Working Conditions: Work may involve physical labor and exposure to various environments.
  • Qualities and Traits: Must be detail-oriented, a problem-solver, and able to work independently or in a team.
