1.Equipment Maintenance & Troubleshooting

• Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair all electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
• Conduct routine checks and preventive maintenance to minimize equipment failures.
• Identify and resolve technical issues promptly to ensure minimal downtime.

2. Building & Facility Maintenance

• Perform regular inspections and maintenance of the facility's critical systems.
• Ensure the proper operation of pumps, motors, generators, electrical panels, and other essential equipment.
• Respond to maintenance requests and emergency breakdowns efficiently.

3. Safety & Compliance

• Adhere to workplace safety regulations and company policies.
• Ensure all maintenance activities comply with industry safety standards.
• Maintain accurate records of inspections, repairs, and servicing.

4. Collaboration & Coordination

• Work closely with the maintenance team and other departments to ensure operational efficiency.
• Coordinate with external contractors for specialized repairs and servicing.
• Provide recommendations for equipment upgrades and system improvements.

Work Experience:

• 1-2 of experience in maintenance, preferably in a facility or industrial setting.

Skills & Competencies:

• Proficient in electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of safety procedures and compliance standards.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
