- Assume responsibility for and notify management of any dangerous circumstances, crises, or dangers to the safety of visitors, staff, or hotel property.
- Monitor the effectiveness of electrical and equipment systems, such as lighting systems, television sets, guest entrance/access doors, and air conditioning controls; make small adjustments or replacements as needed to guarantee optimal performance.
- Refurbish fixtures and furnishings, including counters, doors, windows, tables, chairs, and cupboards. If necessary, paint and finish the fixtures and furniture in the guest rooms.
- Highschool graduate or graduate of any vocational course
- With at least 1-2 years experience as Technician or Maintenance Staff
- Knowledgeable in Technical and Mechanical, Electrical, Troubleshooting and repairs.
- With hotel work experience is an advantage
- Basic Carpentry and Painting
- Knowledgeable in HVAC cleaning and repair
