Description

Carry out routine maintenance and repairs on building systems.
Inspect facilities and equipment to identify issues.
Perform plumbing, electrical, and HVAC, lighting and other automated maintenance systems.
Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner.
Maintain inventory of supplies and tools.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations.
Assist with renovations and upgrades as needed.

Requirements

Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in relevant field.
Experience Level: 1-3 years of hands-on experience.
Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in residential and commercial electrical systems, safety regulations, routine inspections, and building maintenance.
