• Gather and analyze business requirements, recommend solutions
• Coordinate with vendors and business teams for queries and clarifications
• Prepare project documentation, SIT/DAT test plans, scripts, results, and reports
• Perform SIT, monitor DAT, and secure sign-offs
• Support software enhancement implementation and post-implementation testing
• Provide progress updates to Technical PM and facilitate issue escalations

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s in Computer Science, BS Math, or IT-related course
• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Business Analyst
• Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
