Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role based in Metro Manila for a Business Continuity Specialist. The specialist will develop, implement, and maintain business continuity plans and programs to ensure business resilience. Day-to-day tasks include conducting risk assessments, establishing recovery strategies, and communicating continuity plans to various stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Business Continuity Planning and Business Resilience skills
• Strong Analytical Skills and ability to develop recovery strategies
• Effective Communication skills for stakeholder engagement
• Experience in financial institutions is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
