About the Role:

Join UPay Payment Solutions and play a key role in building global payment corridors and scaling cross-border payments. This role focuses on developing partnerships, expanding channels, and managing strategic payment relationships globally.

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop remittance and cross-border payment partnerships

· Expand wallets, MSBs, PSPs, and acquiring channels

· Lead partner onboarding, negotiation, and ongoing management

· Optimize cost structures, settlement efficiency, and transaction stability

Requirements:

· Proven experience in remittance, cross-border payments, or acquiring businesses

· Strong partner network preferred

· Solid understanding of pricing, settlement cycles, payment routing, and compliance

· Fluent in English with strong business development and negotiation skills

· Highly self-driven, results-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced FinTech environment
