QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Strong understanding of lead generation tools and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, HubSpot, Salesforce).
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) with a persuasive and professional demeanor.
• Proficiency in developing targeted sales campaigns and tracking their outcomes.
• Comfortable with outbound calling, emailing, and social selling techniques.
• Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft 365 business applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Power BI).

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Reach out to potential leads through email, phone calls, and social media to generate interest in the company’s products/services.
• Assess lead quality and readiness for sales engagement through initial discovery calls, using a lead scoring system to prioritize the most promising opportunities.
• Accurately log all lead information, communications, and interactions in the CRM system, ensuring up-to-date records and seamless data flow.
• Develop and execute personalized email sequences and outreach strategies to nurture relationships with leads and drive them through the sales funnel.
• Effectively transfer qualified leads to the sales team, providing context and insights from initial conversations to ensure a smooth transition and higher conversion rates.
