Accountabilities: Your day to day tasks are the following:

• Supervise the deployment and ensures excellence of all commercial activities and engagement of retail and wholesale in assigned territory or district
• Supervises identification of locations to conduct Consumer Engagement and deploy brand awareness.
• Supports the sales team for distribution of newly launched brands in assigned territory
• Ensuring executives perform and re-educate retail and wholesale on stock management
• Sets trade program activities based on district problems/ opportunities and ensures retail and wholesaler loyalty through retail and wholesale Advocacy Program
• Allocates geographical responsibilities and leads route plan development to optimize coverage and effectively engage consumers
• Consolidates feedback and provides recommendation on trade program execution and adult consumer promotions within assigned district.
• Demonstrate responsible approach; ensure fulfillment of field activity in line with the company policies and the laws of the country

Skill and competencies:

• Should be a graduate of any 4 year course, preferably Business and Marketing
• With driver’s license for at least a year and can drive manual transmission
• 3-5 years management experience
• Field sales exposure is an advantage
• With relevant sales/marketing projects and initiatives
• Extensive field experience in consumer goods companies

Work Location: San Fernando Sales Office – should be amenable to be assigned to do field work areas covered by San Fernando Sales Office

Work Schedule: Mondays to Saturdays, no fixed schedule and can start as early as 6:30 AM
