Job Summary:

We’re looking for a Business Development Manager who knows how to make things happen. If you have the drive to build partnerships, open new accounts, and get Karcher products into retail stores, hardwares, and major outlets across the Philippines, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities nationwide
• Build and strengthen relationships with dealers, distributors, and retail partners
• Introduce and place Karcher products in key stores and hardware chains
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to grow market share

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in business development, sales, or retail distribution (3–4 years minimum)
• Strong network in retail or hardware channels
• Track record of successfully handling dealers, distributors, and key accounts
• Self-driven, results-oriented, and willing to travel nationwide
• Excellent negotiation, relationship management, and leadership skills

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Strong business acumen and strategic thinking
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
