ROLE OVERVIEW:


We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager with at least 3 years of experience to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, managing client relationships, and executing strategic sales initiatives. Your expertise in market analysis, networking, and negotiation will be key to expanding our client base and achieving our business objectives. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Identify and convert new business opportunities into long-term clients.
  • Client Management: Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to drive revenue.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Market Research: Analyze market trends and competitors to identify growth opportunities.
  • Networking: Build connections at industry events to expand the company’s network.
  • Proposal Development: Create and present compelling proposals to potential clients.
  • Negotiation: Lead contract negotiations to secure favorable terms.
  • Sales Team Leadership: Lead a team of sales associates, setting goals, and monitoring performance to ensure targets are met.
  • Performance Metrics and Analysis: Analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance sales effectiveness.


Qualifications:

  • Proven working experience as Business Development Manager, Sales Executive, or a relevant role preferably in Advertising
  • 3 to 6 years management experience with proven leadership in driving team success and strategic project execution.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop relationships with clients and effectively negotiate deals
  • Strong presentation and communication skills, both oral and written
  • Proven track record of achieving sales target
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of inspiring and leading a diverse team.

  • Salary ranging from PHP 32,000 to 52,000 (negotiable based on proven experience)
