As a Business Development and Partnerships Associate Manager at Apeiron, you will work closely with the Chief Business Officer and cross-functional teams to drive revenue growth, forge strategic partnerships, and identify new business opportunities. You will be responsible for analyzing market trends, developing business strategies, and fostering relationships with key stakeholders to expand Apeiron’s market reach and impact.

Your role will contribute significantly in our mutual value creation drive by supporting initiatives that help clients scale efficiently and sustainably.

Qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, marketing, economics, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in business development, partnerships, or corporate strategy.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess business opportunities and make data-driven recommendations.
• Exceptional proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) for business reporting and presentations.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at different levels.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated and results-driven, with a passion for building meaningful business relationships.
• Willingness to travel for client visits, networking events, and partnership meetings as needed.
