Sales & Business Development

• Identify and develop new business opportunities for coding & marking printers (CIJ, TIJ, Laser Coders, TTO, etc.).
• Build and maintain strong relationships with manufacturers, packaging companies, and industrial clients.
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase printer capabilities and benefits.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets through strategic selling and customer engagement.

Technical Consultation & Support

• Understand customer needs and recommend the best printer solutions based on their industry and production setup.
• Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support, ensuring seamless integration of printers into customer operations.
• Troubleshoot minor printer issues and coordinate with service technicians for more complex problems.
• Gather customer feedback to help improve product offerings and sales strategies.

Documentation & Reporting

• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and customer visit logs.
• Maintain detailed records of client interactions, sales progress, and technical inquiries.
• And other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 3 years B2B Sales experience.
• Required experience in technical sales.
• Strong passion for hitting and exceeding sales targets.
• Willing to do field work.
• Comfortable speaking with people across all levels — from frontline staff to decision-makers.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport, engage confidently with clients, and present solutions clearly and persuasively.
• Strong follow-up and relationship management skills.
