We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Business Development Specialist to grow and manage our TikTok Shop operations.

Job Responsibilities

• Onboard and manage TikTok Shop sellers, brands, and partners
• Develop strategies to increase sales, GMV, and shop performance
• Coordinate with creators/affiliates for product promotions and livestream selling
• Analyze shop performance and prepare reports
• Optimize product listings, pricing, and promotional campaigns
• Ensure compliance with TikTok Shop policies

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• With experience in e-commerce, business development, or TikTok Shop (preferred)
• Knowledgeable in livestream selling and affiliate marketing
• Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
• Goal-driven and can work in a fast-paced environment
