The Customer Development Executive is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, driving sales growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction in the Food & Beverage sector. This role combines sales, account management, and business development to expand market presence and achieve revenue targets.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the Food & Beverage market.
  • Manage and grow relationships with existing clients, ensuring repeat business and customer loyalty.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential growth areas.
  • Present and promote products to clients, highlighting unique value propositions.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with customers to maximize profitability.
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to deliver excellent customer experiences.
  • Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and recommend strategies for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.


Qualifications

  • Graduate of any Business, Marketing, or related course.
  • Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in sales, customer development, or account management (preferably in Food & Beverage).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of Food & Beverage industry trends and customer needs.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Goal-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently.
