• Actively source, open, and develop new business accounts in Retail and Food Service (FS).
• Conduct market mapping and identify potential customers within the assigned areas.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new clients.
• Prepare sales proposals, presentations, and business plans.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new accounts.
• Meet or exceed assigned sales and growth targets.
• Recommend and utilize tools of trade necessary to perform fieldwork efficiently.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in business development or sales.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Willing to do fieldwork and travel within BatZam & NeTa areas (Bataan, Zambales, Nueva Ecija & Tarlac).
• Results-driven and self-motivated.
