The Business Development Supervisor plays a key role in driving business expansion efforts. This position involves supervising the business development team, identifying market opportunities, managing client relationships, and supporting the achievement of company growth targets

Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing and implementing business development strategies and plans.
• Supervise and guide the business development team to meet sales and performance goals.
• Identify potential clients and business opportunities through market research and networking.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners.
• Prepare and present business proposals, reports, and progress updates.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure efficient project delivery and client satisfaction.
• Support management in achieving company sales and growth objectives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or related field.
• Atleast 1-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management (experience in logistics, outsourcing, or BPO is an advantage).
• Leadership or supervisory experience is preferred
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
• Organized, proactive, and results-driven with a strong business sense.
