DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong, trusting, and long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders at all levels within assigned key accounts.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all key client matters, including inquiries, issues, and strategic discussions.
  • Proactively anticipate client needs and develop solutions to meet their evolving requirements.
  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
  • Regularly conduct business reviews and performance analyses with key accounts, providing valuable insights and recommendations.

Strategic Account Planning & Growth:

  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive growth, maximize revenue, and increase profitability from key accounts.
  • Identify new business opportunities, including upselling and cross-selling, within existing accounts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., sales, marketing, customer support, operations) to deliver exceptional customer experiences and ensure deadlines and deliverables are met.
  • Analyze market dynamics, competitor activities, and industry trends to adjust account strategies and maintain a competitive advantage.

Sales & Negotiation:

  • Negotiate contracts, renewals, and pricing agreements that are mutually beneficial for both the company and key clients.
  • Work towards achieving sales targets and key account metrics (KPIs).
  • Prepare regular progress reports and sales forecasts for internal and external stakeholders.

Problem Resolution:

  • Effectively and respectfully resolve client complaints and issues, ensuring timely and satisfactory outcomes.
  • Act as an internal advocate for key clients, communicating their needs and feedback to relevant departments.

Financial Management:

  • Oversee internal budgets related to client accounts and collaborate with clients on external budgets where applicable.
  • Analyze customer data to enhance relationships and demonstrate value.

Syarat-syarat

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree in any field and with proven experience as a Business Development Specialist or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to develop and execute long-term strategic plans that align with client and company goals.
  • Strong analytical skills to identify client needs, resolve complex issues, and analyze data to drive improvements.
  • Ability to lead and coordinate internal teams, and collaborate cross-functionally to meet client expectations.
  • A deep understanding of customer needs and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
  • In-depth understanding of the company's products/services, the industry, and the key clients' businesses.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently across multiple accounts.
