Educational Background

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or any related field.
• Additional certifications in sales, marketing, or business development are an advantage.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings or projects.
• Knowledge of the industry (healthcare, corporate services, etc.) is an advantage.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) 
• Ability to analyze market trends and identify business opportunities.

Work Experience

• At least 1 year of experience in business development, sales, account management, or customer relations.
• Experience in lead generation, prospecting, or preparing proposals is preferred.
