Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics
Engineering, Industrial Design, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 2–3 years of experience in R&D, product design, or appliance development.
Strong background in mechanical/electrical systems, appliance design, and manufacturing processes.
Knowledge of appliance safety standards, energy efficiency guidelines, and certification requirements (e.g., DOE, IEC, ISO).
Skilled in CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar) and simulation tools for design and testing.
Analytical and detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
With background as an Executive Assistant – bringing skills in project coordination, documentation, scheduling, and inter-departmental communication.
Ability to conduct product testing, analyze performance data, and recommend design improvements.
