We are looking for a Business Development Associate to help grow our recruitment and placement services. This role is key to expanding our client base, nurturing business relationships, and supporting strategies that drive revenue. You’ll collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver excellent service while achieving business growth goals.

• Client Prospecting & Acquisition: Identify potential customers, schedule introductions, and secure new accounts to expand the company’s client base.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term partnerships with clients and decision-makers.
• Sales & Proposal Support: Assist the BD Lead in crafting sales strategies, preparing proposals, and executing the end-to-end sales cycle.
• Market Research & Analysis: Monitor industry trends, assess opportunities, and provide insights to align with client needs.
• Planning & Reporting: Help implement business development plans, track productivity, and generate performance reports.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Work closely with recruitment operations and other departments to ensure seamless client service.
• Contract & Negotiation Assistance: Support the preparation of tailored proposals and assist in contract discussions.
• Additional Tasks: Perform administrative or project-related duties as directed by management to meet evolving business needs.

Requirements

• College graduate (any course preferred).
• 1–3 years of business development experience within a placement or recruitment agency/firm.
• Strong English communication skills (verbal and written).
• Must reside in San Mateo, Marikina, Montalban, or Commonwealth (QC) for ease of reporting.
• Willing to work onsite at Amityville Subdivision, San Jose, Rodriguez, Rizal.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets in a fast-paced environment.
• Must have a wired internet connection at home for work-related tasks.
