We are seeking a highly skilled Senior BI Lead with expertise in Tableau Platform and exposure to DB to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analytics using Tableau Accelerators, Tableau Prep, Snowflake etc., This role requires a keen eye for design, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to transform complex data into actionable insights. This role also requires strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into data-driven solutions.

• Develop BAU reporting plan with BCP

• Develop milestone-based Transformation/automation and execution plan

• Mentor and guide team of analytics to perform day to day tasks as well as transformation/automation assignments

• Support and drive Design, develop, and optimization of Tableau dashboards that deliver insightful visual analytics

• Leverage Tableau Accelerators to enhance performance and expedite automated report generation

• Utilize Tableau Prep for data cleansing, transformation, and automation of data flows

• Extract required data from Snowflake and plug it to Tableau for interactive insights/analysis

• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and performance optimization of BI reports

• Troubleshoot Tableau performance issues and propose solutions for scalability

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of BI trends, Tableau updates, and Snowflake enhancements

• Own BI Governance keeping all the stakeholders well informed of reporting plans and delivery

Qualifications & Skills:

• 5+ years of experience in BI analytics with a strong focus on Tableau Platform.

• Proficiency in Tableau Prep, Tableau Accelerators, and Tableau Server/Cloud.

• Solid experience with Snowflake (or equivalent technology) and writing complex SQL queries.

• Understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and performance tuning.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.

• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder collaboration.

• Must be willing to work onsite during night shifts.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with API integration in Tableau.

• Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

• Background in financial, healthcare, or e-commerce analytics is a plus.
