MIS Supervisor

Position Summary:

The MIS Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the collection, consolidation, and analysis of operational and sales data to support business decision-making. This role manages the creation and maintenance of dashboards, templates, and reports, ensuring accuracy and timely submission. The MIS Supervisor also leads a team responsible for data preparation and monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Gather, consolidate, validate, and analyze store data to generate raw data from all business units
• Ensure accuracy, completeness, and integrity of all data used for reporting
• Generate daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports based on business requirements
• Design, update, and maintain digital dashboards for real-time sales report monitoring
• Create visual and user-friendly data presentations for management and store teams
• Continuously improve dashboard functionalities based on needs and feedback
• Supervise, coach, and develop MIS staff to ensure efficient processing and reporting of data
• Assign tasks, monitor performance, and ensure deadlines are consistently met
• Conduct regular coordination with store heads, business unit managers, and other departments
• Identify gaps in data flow and reporting processes; implement improvements for efficiency
• Support digitalization initiatives and enhancements to data management systems
• Ensure data confidentiality and compliance with organizational policies
• Authorized to hire and dismiss MIS Department personnel in accordance with established HR policies and procedures
• Approve DSR reports, Inventory Reports, and Template and Dashboard updates

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of working experience in MIS
• Supervisory experience or at least senior staff
• Handling and leading a team is a plus
