Key Responsibilities:

• Source and purchase raw materials, packaging, and other supplies required for production.
• Evaluate and negotiate with suppliers to ensure quality, cost efficiency, and reliability.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse and production teams for material availability.
• Process and track purchase orders to ensure timely deliveries.
• Maintain and update supplier records, price lists, and purchase reports.
• Prepare regular purchasing and cost monitoring reports.
• Represent the company in supplier meetings, audits, or negotiations.
• Coordinate with Accounting, QA, and Production departments for purchasing concerns.
• Supervise or assist in overseeing purchasing clerks or staff when necessary.
• Perform other related functions as assigned by management.

Qualifications / Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related course.
• With at least 2 years of experience in purchasing or procurement, preferably in a food manufacturing.
• Knowledgeable in supplier sourcing and negotiation.
• Proficient in MS Office and familiar with inventory or ERP systems.
• Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
• Can work independently and handle multiple tasks effectively.
• Willing to work onsite
