Work Arrangement: Work from Office

Location: Philippines - Angeles (Pampanga)

Schedule: Mid shift

The Buyer is responsible for sourcing, purchasing, and managing the procurement of materials, products, and services needed to support the company's objectives. This role emphasizes cost-effective purchasing while ensuring quality standards and timely delivery.

• Analyze and forecast purchasing trends to optimize inventory levels.
• Negotiate contracts and manage supplier relationships to ensure favorable terms.
• Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and evaluate their capabilities.
• Evaluate and monitor supplier performance, addressing any issues that arise.
• Maintain accurate purchasing records and documentation.
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand their procurement needs and timelines.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Buyer or in a similar purchasing role.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to analyze data and market trends effectively.
• Proficient in using procurement and inventory management systems.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work well both independently and in team environments.

Non-negotiable skills & requirements:

• Knowledge of procurement procedures and best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Strong relationship management skills.
• Familiarity with international procurement and regulations is a plus.
