Description:

As a Call Center Agent at ResultsCX, you will:

• Assist customers through calls, chats, or emails.
• Handle account inquiries, billing support, product questions, and basic troubleshooting.
• Provide accurate information while delivering professional and friendly service.
• Follow company standards, compliance requirements, and quality processes.
• Escalate complex cases to higher support teams when necessary.

This position is designed for both first-timers and those with BPO experience who want to build a solid career in customer service.

Qualifications

• At least Senior High School graduate or High School graduate (Old Curriculum)
• No BPO experience required – we welcome fresh grads and career shifters
• Good communication skills (English or Tagalog)
• Willing to work onsite in Cebu City
