Job Summary

We are looking for a Financial Account Associate to assist customers with account inquiries, transaction support, and basic financial service requests. This entry-level role is ideal for fresh graduates or individuals with limited experience who want to start a career in banking, fintech, customer service, or financial operations. You will provide accurate information, resolve concerns, and ensure a smooth and secure customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers with inquiries related to bank accounts, credit cards, loans, billing, and transactions.
• Process requests such as account updates, balance checks, disputes, and payment concerns.
• Handle customer interactions via phone, email, or chat while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.
• Identify and escalate complex financial issues or fraud cases to the appropriate team.
• Guide customers on financial products, digital banking tools, and service procedures.
• Document customer interactions and updates in the system.
• Prepare simple reports on recurring issues or customer feedback.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, Economics, or any related field (preferred but not required).
• Open to fresh graduates and candidates with no prior financial experience.
• Strong communication, active listening, and customer service skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to work with sensitive information.
• Basic understanding of financial terms or banking processes is a plus (but not required).
• Proficient in MS Office or Google Workspace.
