JOB DESCRIPTION

As a Customer Service / Technical Support Associate, you will:

• Assist customers via voice, chat, or email depending on your assigned line of business
• Provide accurate information, troubleshooting, and high-quality service
• Document interactions and follow process guidelines and compliance standards
• Resolve concerns with empathy and professionalism
• Collaborate with your team and leaders to meet performance targets and deliver an excellent customer experience

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

• SHS Graduate / HS Grad (Old Curriculum) / 2-Yr College / College Level or Graduate
• Good English communication skills
• Willing to work onsite at Concentrix Clark/Angeles Pampanga
• Open to shifting schedules
• With or without BPO experience (tenured = higher pay!)
