We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Call Center Agents to join our team in Pasay. In this role, you will handle customer inquiries, provide excellent service, resolve concerns, and ensure a positive customer experience. You will be part of a fast-paced environment where professionalism, empathy, and communication skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage inbound and/or outbound customer calls.
• Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues efficiently.
• Maintain professionalism and adhere to quality standards on every interaction.
• Document customer interactions and update account information as needed.
• Meet performance targets, including call handling metrics and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with teammates and participate in training for continuous improvement.

Qualifications / Requirements:

• High School Graduate (college level or degree preferred but not required)
• At least 1 year of BPO experience (required)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume call environment
• Customer service experience is a plus (training provided)
• Amenable to shifting schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Must be willing to work onsite in Pasay
