Core Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls related to travel bookings
• Assist customers with flight, hotel, car rental, and holiday package reservations
• Use GDS systems (such as Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo) to:

1. Create, modify, cancel, and reissue bookings
2. Check flight availability, fares, and rules

• Provide accurate information on:

1. Ticket fares, baggage rules, seat selection, and travel policies
2. Schedule changes, delays, and cancellations

• Minimum 1 year GDS tool experience (Sabre or Amadeus or Worldspan)
• Amenable to work onsite
• Willing to work on a shifting schedule
