In this role, you will manage inquiries, provide accurate information, and ensure prompt, professional resolutions to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• A least 6 months call center experience
• At least HS Grad (old curriculum) / SH-HS Grad
• Good communication skills
• Willing to start immediately
