Job Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality customer support through various channels (phone, email, chat).
• Address customer queries, issues, and concerns in a timely manner.
• Help customers troubleshoot technical or account-related issues.
• Document all customer interactions, ensuring data accuracy.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet service goals.
• Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell services when appropriate.
• Participate in ongoing training and development programs.

Qualifications:

• For College Graduates: Open to fresh graduates, no previous experience required.
• For 2nd Year College Undergraduates: 6 months to 1 year of experience in customer service or a BPO setting.
• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
• Comfortable using computers and customer management systems.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team.
• Ability to handle difficult or irate customers in a professional manner.
