What You’ll Be Doing

• Handle inbound and outbound interactions across various channels
• Provide professional, accurate, and empathetic customer support
• Resolve customer issues and answer product/service questions
• Maintain accurate customer records in line with corporate and client guidelines
• Consistently meet BGO and client performance standards

• An individual with a desire for career growth and professional development

Educational Attainment (Required):

• For SHS Graduates: A minimum of 1 year of BPO experience in an international account is required
• For College Students/Graduates: 2nd-year college undergraduates and degree holders are welcome to apply—no BPO experience needed
