Job Summary: 

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Outbound Sales Representative to join our team supporting a leading US Satellite Radio provider. You will be responsible for proactively reaching out to potential customers, promoting subscription packages, and converting leads into loyal subscribers. This role requires excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and a passion for delivering value to customers. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Conduct high-volume outbound calls to prospective customers using provided lead lists. 
• Present and promote satellite radio products and services, including promotional offers and subscription upgrades. 
• Identify customer needs and tailor solutions to match their preferences and listening habits. 
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system. 
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and conversion metrics. 
• Handle objections professionally and close sales through consultative selling techniques. 
• Collaborate with team leads and marketing to refine outreach strategies and messaging. 
• Stay updated on product features, pricing, and promotional campaigns. 

Minimum Qualifications:

- At least 3 months of call center experience is required.

- Preferably with Sales or Collections Background

- Excellent communication skills

- At least a High school graduate

- Willing to work onsite and on shifting schedules/holidays/weekends

- Must be willing to work in Taguig
