Manage inbound and outbound calls effectively.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Demonstrate effective communication and problem-solving skills.

Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required.
Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in BPO industry in Blend Financial Account local or international, willing to work onsite or office based, full-time, USA time, shifting schedule.
Willing to undergo 1 month paid training after passing the final interview
Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English (USA or British Accent is advantage) can type 100 words per minute, strong customer service, problem-solving abilities, teamwork, familiarity with Salesforce, and call center operations.
Working Conditions: Office environment, potential for shift work, and high call volume.
Qualities and Traits: Empathetic, adaptable, resilient, and an excellent communicator.
