- Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with inquiries.
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently.
- Maintain records of customer interactions in the database.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service quality.
- Demonstrate excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Educational Qualifications: High School or Senior High School diploma required.
- Experience Level: Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in a call center environment.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English, Excellent customer service, Strong problem-solving abilities, Team player, Strong work ethic, and Technical skills.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Manage customer inquiries, resolve issues, maintain records, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced call center environment, potential evening and weekend shifts.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong communication skills, patience, empathy, and resilience under pressure.
