We are looking for Customer Service Representatives (Voice Account) who will handle customer inquiries, resolve concerns, and provide exceptional service through inbound and outbound calls.

Responsibilities:

• Manage customer interactions via voice channels with professionalism and accuracy.
• Provide product and service information clearly and efficiently.
• Resolve issues and escalate concerns when necessary.
• Accurately document call details and update the system in real time.
• Achieve set performance metrics, including quality, productivity, and attendance.
• Contribute to a positive customer experience by delivering excellent service.

Qualifications

• At least Senior High School Graduate.
• With or without prior BPO/Voice experience (training provided).
• Strong English communication skills (both verbal and written).
• Typing speed of at least 26–32 WPM.
• Willing to work onsite at Cebu IT Park.
• Amenable to shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.
