Start Date: October 13 & 20, 2025

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the initial point of contact for customer inquiries
• Resolve concerns and provide effective solutions
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
• Provide technical support when needed
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a positive customer experience

Upon Hire:

• Earn up to ₱20,000 - ₱24,500 salary package + complexity allowance + rice allowance

Requirements:

• SHS Graduate (new curriculum) / College Graduate or Undergraduate
• With at least 6 months Financial Background BPO Experience (Local or International)
• OR with 1 year Customer-Facing Experience (cashier / service crew / sales representative / etc.)
• Must be willing to work on-site with shifting schedule
